Terms of the purchase contract

Omicron Medical Supply Clinic strives to ensure that the information provided on the website is current and accurate. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including inaccurate product descriptions) or other errors may occur from time to time. Omicron Medical Supply cannot guarantee that the products and services advertised on the website will be available when ordered or thereafter. Omicron Medical Supply does not warrant that the content of the website, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, product descriptions or photographs, is accurate or complete. 

SHIPPING: If Clinique Omicron ("We") has your product in stock, we will send you, via email, a shipping notification confirming that the items have been shipped and are on their way to your destination. This notification is our approval of your order. Orders for items already in stock (excluding special delivery items) will normally be shipped within 5 business days from the date of your order. If any items in the order are out of stock, the order will be shipped once the stock has been replenished. We will send you the shipping notification once all items are in stock and the order has been shipped. The delivery time of your package will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sales or sale. We reserve the right to reject, correct or cancel any order at any time for any reason. 

If the price displayed on our website for any item ordered by you is incorrect, we will offer you the opportunity to place your order at the corrected price. 

The advertisements on our website are invitations to make offers to purchase products and services, not offers to sell. Your completed order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services listed on your order. Your orders will be considered accepted only if and when we send you, by e-mail, a shipping notification. This shipment notification, sent by email, constitutes our acceptance of your order and is a legally binding contract with Clinique Omicron Medical Supply.

The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when you are notified of the shipment by email. 

If you wish to cancel an order, you can request a cancellation by sending an email to info@cliniqueomicron.ca However, we may receive your cancellation request after your order has been placed, in which case your cancellation request may not be fulfilled. 

If a product you have purchased does not meet the intended need, has not been used and is in perfect condition, we will gladly offer you a full refund (except for certain products described below) or an exchange if you return it to our store within 10 days of receiving it in its original form (including all packaging, accessories and manuals). For your convenience, we also accept returns by mail. Your electronic invoice is required for in-store or mail returns. If an order return is missing packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards or any other items, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of the missing products. Shipping costs are not refundable. For hygienic reasons, all sealed items, items in close or prolonged contact with skin or bedding and stuffed items and personal hygiene items are not refundable or exchangeable. 

We respect all the warranties of our manufacturers. If your product is defective or becomes defective within the warranty period, we will gladly replace it with the same or equivalent item. If you are unable to pick up the replacement item, we can forward it to you by mail or by courier. However, you will be charged for the shipping costs.

We rely on the information you provide to us via the website, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card number and expiration date), and transactional information, to be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage and additional costs incurred by you, us or any other person as a result of any false, incorrect or incomplete statement or failure to update your registration and payment information within 30 days of any change.
