Yes, we accept the RAMQ and most private medical insurances. For private insurance, patients must make their own arrangements with their insurer for reimbursement. We advise you to check with your insurance company to see if the care offered by our clinic is covered by your plan, and to find out about the procedure for reimbursement.

We understand that work schedules and other obligations can make it difficult to come to the clinic for medical care. For this reason, we also offer home care services for patients who are unable to travel to our clinic. These services are offered according to the needs and availability of each patient, and are subject to agreement with the service manager and other members of the care team. Yes, we offer translation services for patients who are not fluent in English or French. We have professional translators available to ensure clear and accurate communication with all our patients. We accept a variety of payment methods, including the most popular credit and debit cards, checks and cash. If you have medical insurance, we ask you to bring your insurance card and all associated documents to your consultation. Please note that you will need to deal directly with your insurance company for any reimbursement claims.

Visit Clic Santé account is a practical tool for citizens, providing personalized access to healthcare services via Clic Santé. The account will enable citizens to view their appointments and take certain actions. Booking appointments will also be made easier and simpler, with a pre-completed booking form.

Both the provincial and federal governments offer a non-refundable tax credit to taxpayers who have paid medical expenses for themselves, their spouses or dependents in excess of 3% of their net income.
