Since April 15, 2024, certain specialized nurse practitioners can care for individuals registered with the Family Doctor Finder.
To be eligible:
- Not already registered with a doctor or NP
- Hold a valid health insurance card
- To be domiciled in Quebec, current address with the RAMQ
- 14 years of age or older
The Quebec Health Record allows you to consult:
- Your list of medications registered with the pharmacy
- Medical imaging reports (ultrasound, X-ray, etc.)
- The results of your analyses (blood tests, urine tests, etc.)
- Medical services received and paid for on a fee-for-service basis by the RAMQ
Accessible on carnetsante.gouv.qc.ca or via the Carnet santé Québec mobile application.
