Clinique Omicron is a real medical clinic: our professionals consult remotely, receive in-clinic visits, travel to your home and intervene directly in your office. We issue real prescriptions, perform physical examinations and manage complex cases that an application cannot handle.
Can your professionals really visit our employees or our offices?
Yes, our nurses and professionals travel to employees' homes throughout Quebec for blood sampling, wound care, injections and clinical follow-up. For corporate interventions - vaccination, screening, check-ups, training - our team travels to your workplace according to your schedule.
Are our employees' details kept confidential?
Yes, entirely. No information on consultations or individual employee health is passed on to the employer. Only aggregated, anonymized data may be shared if desired. Confidentiality is governed by the professional orders CMQ, OIIQ, OPQ and Bill 25.
Are the services covered by RAMQ or entirely private?
Clinique Omicron operates mainly on a private basis. Some professionals participate in the RAMQ plan and will bill the Régie directly, depending on their status. Some group insurances reimburse all or part of services - check your coverage with your insurer.
Can we use your services for an SME without an HR department?
Yes, Clinique Omicron adapts its agreements to Quebec SMEs, including those without a dedicated HR department. Our team takes care of coordination, onboarding and follow-up - you don't have to manage complex processes in-house.
Do you offer CNESST follow-up and return to work?
Yes, our doctors and nurses provide medical follow-up for work-related injuries, clinical documentation and progressive return-to-work plans. We coordinate with your HR teams and the CNESST to reduce absence times and ensure a safe return to work.
How does setting up a partnership work?
