Job description
Nurse practitioners at Clinique Omicron play a key role in providing personalized healthcare. They work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care, leveraging their advanced assessment and clinical management skills.
Main tasks
- Provide advanced nursing care, including thorough clinical assessment, care planning, and patient monitoring.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Care for patients with chronic diseases, ensure regular follow-up, and adapt interventions according to clinical evolution.
- Carry out preventive interventions, screenings, and provide therapeutic health education counseling.
- Document care and assessments in the electronic health record (Medfar/Myle).
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize the quality of care provided.
Training and entry requirements
- University diploma in nursing (bachelor's degree).
- Member in good standing of the'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
- Relevant experience in clinical care, ideally in a front-line setting or in a variety of contexts.
