Clinical nurse

Description of the work

Nurse clinicians at Clinique Omicron play a key role in the delivery of personalized health care. They work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care.

Main tasks

  • Provide advanced nursing care including clinical assessment, care planning, and patient follow-up.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans adapted to patients' needs.
  • Managing patients with chronic illnesses, ensuring regular follow-up and adapting interventions.
  • Carry out preventive interventions and screenings, and offer health advice and therapeutic education.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize the quality of care provided.

Training and access conditions

  • University diploma in nursing (bachelor's degree).
  • Membership in the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Relevant experience in clinical care, ideally in a front-line setting or in a variety of contexts.
