Some telemedicine services are covered by RAMQ, such as medical consultations with a general practitioner. Other services (IPS, private check-ups, targeted care) are billed privately. Our team will inform you when you make your reservation.

How does an online consultation with Clinique Omicron work?⌄

You book an appointment online, choose your time slot and receive a videoconsultation link by e-mail. The consultation lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. The prescription or receipt is sent to you electronically within a few hours of the consultation.

What payment methods are accepted?⌄

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac and Medicard medical financing. Official receipts are provided for reimbursement from your insurer (Sun Life, Manulife, Desjardins, Beneva, Great-West, SSQ, etc.).
